How can i contribute?
I always start by understanding how the business works today, mainly by talking to employees who know the operations best. Through interviews and a clear SWOT analysis, I identify what works well and where there is room to grow. From there, I analyze the market, study trends, and develop creative ideas that can make a real difference.
For example, in a theme park, I could explore how an app could be used to collect data on guest behavior. Many parks know little about their visitors and struggle to understand how to increase revenue. By using digital insights, it becomes possible to identify patterns, improve guest flow, and create new ways to enhance the overall experience while boosting profitability.
Or, At a tropical resort located close to nature, one clear trend we see is the rapid growth of meaningful and volunteer travel. This is something the resort should capture. By creating packages where guests can spend one day volunteering, for example helping to restore coral reefs, the resort can strengthen its sustainability profile while adding both a strong USP and emotional value to the guest experience.
Even small ideas can create a big impact, like placing a water bottle in each room where opening it donates 3 euros to charity. These kinds of details connect business goals with purpose and help build trust and emotional connection with guests.
